City Gate

 City Gate is the opening gate of Chittagong City Corporation it's the gate of the starting of Chittagong city. It's also known as AK Khan Gate

New Market Circle

First we will know about that place which is normally called New Market Circle   as it's a very busy place there is always crowd of people and vehicles. In this area there are many markets where people buy what they needs. This circle called new market circle cause there is very old market named new market, and that's why it's been traditionally called new market circle.

Cheragi Pahar Circle is one of the oldest place of Chittagong, it's told that a cherag ( one kind of light, which show light through burning oil) was all time lighted there long before, so that's why this place is named cheragi pahar, different types of doctor are sit there and take there appointments to see the patients. It's also known as the healthy city of Chittagong city.
